Meet Your Coach - Chris Smith
I bring a robust blend of academic credentials and practical achievements. I hold a Sports Science Degree, which covered key subjects such as Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, and Psychology, alongside a BSc Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition. I am also a certified fitness professional with a Level 2 NVQ in Fitness Instruction, Level 3 Personal Training, and Level 4 in Strength and Conditioning.
My competitive accolades include being crowned the NORTH EAST Bodybuilding Champion and NORTH EAST Powerlifting Champion, as well as representing Great Britain as an athlete at the 2013 World Championships. These qualifications underpin my commitment to delivering evidence-based, personalised guidance in both nutrition and fitness.
